INTERNAL TOURNAMENTS
Every week you will have the chance to play friendly or competitive
chess
1)
The SLOWPLAY CLUB Championship. Rate 36 moves / 90 minutes. Games go for
grading. You may play any other club member who has entered with white
and black. The winner will be worked out on a percentage basis but you
must play at least 8 games to qualify.
2)
The RAPIDPLAY CLUB Championship Rate All / 30 minutes. Games for
rapidplay grading with similar rules.
3)
The CLUB ladder, an old fashioned idea where you can play any club
member at a mutually convenient time control. Challenges must be
responded to in a 2 week period. You simply exchange places when
one player wins.
